In partnership with Dr. Jessica Schleider, Ph.D. from the Lab for Scaleable Mental Health at Northwestern University, this open pilot evaluation examined trajectories of mental health problems and well-being among middle and high school students who used the Alongside platform across a 3-month period.
Digital interventions to support various aspects of student mental health, included:
- overall distress
- anxiety
- depression
- hopelessness
- loneliness
